From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The attention to detail and genuine care they show create an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Though the hotel is small, it’s clear that a lot of love and thought went into every aspect—from the beautifully designed rooms to the cozy shared spaces. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. What really stood out was the personal touch. Whether it was a handwritten welcome note, helpful local recommendations , or just a kind smile each morning, the team here made my stay memorable in the best way. “A warm and welcoming stay! The room was very clean, and the atmosphere made me feel at home. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station, which made traveling around Rome really easy. Also, it's very friendly and safe for solo travelers. Highly recommended!”

“Cannot say enough nice things about this place and the people who work there. The location is just steps away from the train station, and is within the boundaries of the Rome Metro so you don't need two different tickets everyday. Despite the proximity to the station you can't hear anything with the windows closed. Every single member of the staff are amazing! Welcoming, friendly, professional. They went above and beyond to warn us about events in the city so we could schedule our time with minimal impacts, and find hidden gems we would have missed on our own. Francesca went out of her way to find options for our family to make a day trip to Pompeii or Florence which let me spend time exploring rather than on the computer looking at train schedules. The room was cozy and clean. We stayed in the family room which meant a little privacy, and not having to go to bed at the same time as the kids!”

“Esperienza bellissima, non ho avuto nessun problema a raggiungere il luogo che si trova di fronte la stazione una volta usciti. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, alla reception sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili a risolvere le mie problematiche e le mie richieste. Camera accogliente, pulita e spaziosa, nulla di cui lamentarsi. Per ciò che costa vale davvero la pena!!”

“We had the ocassion to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 days.To be honest this is the first hotel we have ever been at which lookrd better in real life than in the pictures,the room was clean,it smelled amazing,the bed was made,and overall everything was so neat and we also loved that the room was freshly renovate.The room service was also amazing.The hotel overall is just so simple yet neat,as plant lovers we adore all the plants in the Hallway.Also the staff was super friendly and always asked us how we felt.We Really loved this hotel and totalul recomand it to any-and everyone.Thank you so much dear hotel Riesco we loved it,10/10!!!!!!!!”
